Our client is established Mechanical & Electrical subcontractor. They undertake MEP packages on behalf of Tier 1 main contractors across the UK and Europe. Their European team primarily undertakes large HVAC / Mechanical packages on data centre and similar high-tech projects
Ideally, the candidate will have the right to work in the EU (EU work visa required or equivalent).
This is a hands-on, full-cycle project management role. From pre-construction through to handover, the Project Manager will steer a team of engineers, commercial staff, and site managers — making sure the job runs smoothly, safely, and on budget.
Driving project strategy, quality and safety
Managing budgets, schedules, and resources
Leading your team with confidence and clarity
Building great relationships with clients and stakeholders
Keeping everything aligned with internal processes and reporting standards
Someone with solid mechanical project delivery experience (ideally on data centres or similar high-spec jobs), strong leadership chops, and an ability to juggle design, commercial, and operational responsibilities — all while keeping cool under pressure.
Familiarity with BIM / design coordination
Commercial savvy — you’ll own budgets, CVRs, and change orders
A good track record in client-facing roles
A “safety first” mindset
